The Truth: How To Get A Bigger Butt

Let me begin with YES, it is possible! I went from FLAT to FIT. I have had several people ask about how I did it and well I will be honest, you have to be consistent! This is where people struggle the most, most people expect to see results instantly.  Unfortunately, it doesn't work that way. It took me about 2 years to achieve these results.  Results vary depending on the individual and their level of commitment.

TIPS: 1. Mentally prepare yourself that it will not happen overnight. 2. Keep a notebook with your daily progress and goals. 3. Begin with simple workouts that do not require weights, it is important to train your body with the proper form. 4. After you have mastered proper form transition to weights. 5. Stay hydrated and eat as healthy as possible. 6. Watch fitness videos to get an idea of the type of workouts that target the booty. 7. All in all, HAVE FUN!
